Protect your family from CPS

Rule #1: Let no one into your home without a warrant.

You have a constitutional right to refuse entry to anyone into your home unless they have a valid court order signed by a judge. Half of all cases would be nipped in the bud if this simple rule is followed.

The case worker may threaten to call the police. Remember, even the police cannot enter your home without a reason to believe that your child is in imminent danger to life or limb. Make them spell out the danger. If need be bring the child to the door but only to state that he is fine but let him say nothing.

The caseworker will ask if you have something to hide. Simply tell them the 5th amendment gives you the right to refuse entry and to remain silent. Or, they may bring someone from the Salvation Army so that you trust them. Remember if you let them in there is a good chance you will lose your children. At the very least you have now opened the door to endless harassment and cost. If possible have the entire conversation on tape. Let them know this and chances are they will leave immediately. Be sure your voice is on the tape when you tell them this.

Rule #2: Get a jury trial.

It is possible that they will pick up your children while they are away from home. Remember, they have no intention of ever giving them back.

At the hearing the judge will rarely let you have your children back. A date will be set for a trial. Your only chance of getting the children back is a jury trial. Immediately apply for a jury. For any information on this call Bernie Nyhof: 616-896-6753. Your court appointed lawyer will do anything to keep you from having a trial by jury, including lying to you and telling you that you cannot have one. DHS claims they have the judges in their pockets. They do not control a jury.

Rule #3: Never sign anything.

There is deceitful language in their papers. The next day they will pick up your children because you have signed them away.
